30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your heated hoodie to request a return if it qualifies.
Eligibility for Returns
Thermohood™ products undergo strict quality checks to ensure top performance. Returns are accepted only for:
✔ Malfunctioning or Defective Items

If your heated hoodie is defective or not functioning properly, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Video proof of the defect is required for approval.
❌ No Returns for Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted for reasons like "not liking the product," "change of mind," or personal preference.
Discounted / Sale Items

All discounted or sale items are final sale, unless proven defective (with video evidence).
How to Request a Return

Provide Proof: Submit a clear video showing the defect. Our team will review and approve if eligible.

Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide a return label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-defective items functioning as intended, but not meeting personal expectations
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon arrival.

If your hoodie is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photo/video proof. Claims without evidence cannot be processed.
Shipping & Delivery Issues:

Provide photo/video proof for a refund or replacement.
✔ Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no delivery after:

We will resend or issue a refund.

For “delivered but missing” packages, a post office non-delivery certificate is required.
❌ No Address Changes After 24 Hours

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once processed, we cannot modify it.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
