Return & Refund Policy – Thermohood™

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your heated hoodie to request a return if it qualifies.


Eligibility for Returns

Thermohood™ products undergo strict quality checks to ensure top performance. Returns are accepted only for:

✔ Malfunctioning or Defective Items

  • If your heated hoodie is defective or not functioning properly, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Video proof of the defect is required for approval.

❌ No Returns for Change of Mind

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons like "not liking the product," "change of mind," or personal preference.

Discounted / Sale Items

  • All discounted or sale items are final sale, unless proven defective (with video evidence).


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email thermohood.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Submit a clear video showing the defect. Our team will review and approve if eligible.

  3. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide a return label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used (unless defective)

  • Non-defective items functioning as intended, but not meeting personal expectations


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If your hoodie is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photo/video proof. Claims without evidence cannot be processed.

Shipping & Delivery Issues:

✔ Wrong or Missing Items

  • Provide photo/video proof for a refund or replacement.

✔ Lost in Transit

  • If tracking shows no delivery after:

    • 60 days (general)

    • 45 days (U.S.)

    • 110 days (Brazil)

  • We will resend or issue a refund.

  • For “delivered but missing” packages, a post office non-delivery certificate is required.

❌ No Address Changes After 24 Hours

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once processed, we cannot modify it.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing times may vary. If you don’t receive your refund after 15 business days, contact us at thermohood.shop@gmail.com.
