Order Processing & Payment

Orders are processed only after payment approval, which may take 1–3 business days.
For fraud prevention, orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

❌ Order Cancellation:
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure your details are correct before completing checkout.


Shipping Timeline

Typically 2–5 business days (may extend up to 10 days during holidays or peak demand).
No changes, including address updates, can be made once processing begins.

📦 Shipping Days:
We ship Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (varies by location).
Delays may occur due to:

Tracking & Delivery Issues

🔍 Tracking Updates:
Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to activate.

If your order is marked “delivered” but not received:

  1. Contact the carrier to file a claim.

  2. Escalate to us if unresolved.

❌ Wrong Address:
Double-check your shipping details at checkout — we cannot modify your address post-purchase.


International Orders

Buyers are responsible for import fees, duties, or taxes if applicable.
